BIM Modeller for Data Center Vertical
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller for our Data Center Vertical in Mumbai. This role involves creating detailed 3D models using Revit software to support our B&I (Building & Infrastructure) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial infrastructure and possess a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering. The BIM Modeller will play a crucial role in ensuring project precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 3D models of data center infrastructure using Revit software.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to integrate design elements into BIM models.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Manage and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct quality checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies in the models.
Provide support for project stakeholders through detailed model visualizations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and model libraries.
Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Participate in client meetings to present model updates and address project requirements.
Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies in BIM processes.
Qualification Criteria
Hold a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
Demonstrate experience in B&I projects within the industrial infrastructure sector.
Proficiency in Revit software for creating and managing 3D models.
Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Effective communication skills to liaise with project stakeholders.
Knowledge of data center infrastructure design principles.
Experience with project management tools and software.
