Role Description This is a part-time, temporary AI Trainer role based on-site in Delhi, India. The AI Trainer will design and deliver training sessions on AI-related topics, ensuring that content is clear, practical, and aligned with corporate client requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing learning materials and examples, conducting classroom-style or workshop-based sessions, and guiding participants through hands-on exercises and projects. The role also involves assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and refining training content based on participant performance and client expectations. The AI Trainer will collaborate with the corporate training team to maintain high instructional standards and support continuous improvement of the curriculum.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, such as machine learning fundamentals, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
Experience with common AI and data science tools or languages (e.g., Python, relevant libraries, or comparable technologies) and practical project work.
Ability to design structured training modules, create clear learning materials, and adapt content for different learner levels.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in simple, engaging terms.
Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, or mentoring in technology domains is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
Comfort working on-site with corporate learners in Delhi, India, and managing part-time, temporary schedules.
