Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Life Insurance sales professional to drive business development, expand distribution partnerships, and achieve sales targets in Sambalpur.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Life Insurance sales and achieve assigned business goals.
Develop and strengthen relationships with agency partners and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and support distribution expansion.
Monitor sales performance and implement business growth initiatives.
Maintain partner relationships and ensure adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant life insurance experience.
Mandatory experience in the Agency Channel, Partner Channel, or Distributor Channel.
Strong sales, business development, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and maintain business relationships.
Important: Candidates with Banca Channel experience only will not be considered.
