The Role
Own the platform Rithm runs on — AI that reads and acts on millions of contracts and business documents. Make it stable at scale, run it like a product, and give a small senior team the leverage of a large one.

What You’ll Do:
1. Scale the AI Platform:
• High-volume AI pipelines
• Model routing, caching, and eval gates
• Durable, observable agent runs
• Agent and prompt lifecycle management
• Agentic AI App Studio
2. Run the Cloud Like a Product:
• Cloud, IaC, and multi-tenant releases
• SLOs, observability, and incident practice
• AI FinOps, security, and compliance
• Auditable, explainable AI
3. Build the Agentic Dev Factory:
• Agentic SDLC with human checkpoints
• Golden paths, CI/CD, and eval harnesses
• Maximize throughput while keeping the quality bar intact
What You Bring:
• 12+ years software engineering experience; 4+ years architecting cloud platforms at scale (Kubernetes, IaC)
• Production LLM systems experience: document AI, RAG / Vectorless RAG, evals, agents, MCP
• Ontology- and knowledge-graph-driven hybrid AI (combining LLMs with deterministic enterprise APIs)
• ERP/CRM integration experience via APIs and MCP
• Proven track record of taking platforms from fragile to dependable
• Hands-on builder who has shipped daily with AI coding agents
