About the team
You will be part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all, fun.
What you’ll own
Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth for assigned portfolio.
Understand client needs and ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies.
Prepare client-facing materials to support Relationship Management team in business reviews.
Uncover cross-sell opportunities through customer research and data analysis.
Plan and track account activity and performance via CRM tools.
Collaboration with client success and implementation teams on cross-functional customer issues.
Act as secondary contact with direct liaison with merchants and proactively coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution to merchant satisfaction.
Coordination on all merchant requests, with monitoring to ensure completion within agreed service level.
Other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring
Experience in account management with commercial acumen
At least 5 years of experience interacting and partnering with senior management
Keen interest in payments and technology
