Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs/connectors, and Generative AI, with the ability to integrate agents with enterprise applications and data sources.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Configure conversation topics, triggers, generative answers, actions, and agent workflows.
Build integrations using Power Automate, connectors, REST APIs, and enterprise data sources.
Work with Microsoft Dataverse for application and agent data requirements.
Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft ecosystem applications such as Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform where required.
Develop custom connectors and API-based integrations for business applications.
Work with Generative AI / LLM-based capabilities to build intelligent conversational experiences.
Implement authentication, security, environment management, and access controls.
Troubleshoot agent conversations, integrations, workflows, and performance issues.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Follow development standards, governance, testing, deployment, and application lifecycle management practices.
