Role : Associate – Account Operations
Experience : 2+ Years
Location : PAN India
Immediate Joiners Only.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage demand tracking, staffing coordination and interview scheduling
✅ Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities
✅ Resolve timesheet, access, asset and billing-related issues
✅ Track compliance, mandatory training and background verification
✅ Maintain operational trackers, dashboards and KPI reports
✅ Coordinate with clients, delivery teams, finance and staffing teams
✅ Identify process improvements and ensure timely task closure
🔹 Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Account Operations, Delivery Operations, Resource Management or Workforce Management
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups and data reporting
Understanding of utilisation, billability, non-billable hours and margins
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
