React Developer

We are looking for a React Developer to build the back office used by support, payments, risk and CRM teams, fast, with AI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ship features end to end with AI agents: spec → code → tests → PR.
• Keep the codebase AI-ready: agent rules (AGENTS.md / rules files), clear module boundaries, strong tests.
• UI for player profiles, transactions, bonuses and reports; generate screens and components with AI, then refine.
• Data-heavy tables, filters and exports.
• Role-based access in the UI.
Required Experience:
• Daily, fluent use of AI coding agents (Cursor, Copilot or similar) for code, tests, refactors and reviews.
• Can show how AI speeds up their delivery, and how they verify and test AI-generated code.
• 3+ yrs React / TypeScript.
• Admin dashboards, complex forms and tables.
• REST API integration.
• Required AI knowledge: MCP (build and connect MCP servers), LLM tool calling, RAG, context design (agent rules files, e.g. AGENTS.md).
• Can build AI UI: assistant / chat panels, streaming responses, tool-call results.
• Knows AI risks: prompt injection, secrets and agent access, extra review of AI code on money and security paths.
