Senior Construction Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Construction Manager based in the United States.
As a Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee complex construction and maintenance projects involving critical transmission, distribution, and substation infrastructure. You will ensure that all field operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with engineering specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Working closely with project managers, contractors, engineers, and environmental and commissioning teams, you will coordinate resources, manage schedules and budgets, and resolve field challenges. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational performance throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact infrastructure initiatives that strengthen community resilience and support essential services. You will also mentor construction professionals, oversee complex projects, and contribute to continuous improvement across construction and maintenance operations. The role is remote within the United States, with on-site presence, extended hours, and on-call support required as project needs dictate.
