Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes creating detailed documentation of security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of these controls into cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security architectures to support evolving business needs and technological advancements, ensuring robust protection across cloud environments while facilitating operational efficiency and compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that align with organizational goals.
Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive security practices.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevSecOps.
Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools to enforce security policies.
Ability to design and implement secure cloud architectures that comply with regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines integrating security checks.
Skilled in threat modeling, risk assessment, and vulnerability management within cloud environments.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevSecOps.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
