About the company: Whera is a Goa-born stays marketplace and channel manager that helps hosts get more bookings and manage all their OTAs in one place.
About the job: We're looking for a Sales & Customer Success Associate to join our team in Goa, starting immediately. Fresh graduates from Goa are welcome to apply.
What you'll do:
• Call, message and onboard hosts across Goa
• Be the first point of contact for host and guest queries
• Engage with hosts and travellers on Instagram every day
• Stay on top of what's happening in the market and share ideas with the team Who we're looking for
• Social media savvy and quick to pick up new tools
• Organised, eager to learn and a team player Bonus points
Languages:
English and Hindi (Konkani is a plus)
Experience
• Experience in sales, telecalling or customer support
• Familiar with OTAs or the hospitality industry
• Confident on calls, including cold calls
