As the Boutique Director of our Bond Street Flagship, you will serve as a primary ambassador for Van Cleef & Arpels in the United Kingdom. In this role you will:
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams and manager-level direct reports within luxury retail or High Jewelry.
Client & Business Acumen: A track record of driving commercial growth, managing P&L, and cultivating lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Bond Street is a world-renowned destination for local and international clientele, High Jewelry collectors, and cultural partners. In this pivotal role, you will lead our established flagship team, shape the boutique’s long-term vision, drive commercial performance, and curate an unparalleled Maison experience.
What are we expecting from you?
Flagship Leadership & Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the Maison with key local partners, cultural institutions, and elite clientele. Partner with the Retail Director to shape the broader UK retail strategy.
Commercial & Business Strategy: Define and execute multi-year business and High Jewelry growth strategies. Maximize unique flagship spaces—including our Patrimony Gallery and Know-How Salon—to deliver bespoke client experiences.
Elevated Client Journey: Ensure an extraordinary, emotionally engaging in-store experience across all touchpoints, from initial discovery and VIP appointments to events and after-sales service.
Inspiring Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative, humble, and client-centric culture while nurturing talent and building pipeline succession.
Operational & Financial Excellence: Drive seamless daily operations, strict brand compliance, and P&L optimization. Serve as a key European pilot for innovative retail tools and strategic projects.
Culture of Innovation: Champion continuous improvement and embody the Van Cleef & Arpels retail culture across the global network.
