Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Jaipur. The Interior Designer will translate client requirements into design concepts, prepare mood boards, and develop detailed layouts for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing construction drawings and 3D visualizations. The role involves regular client meetings, site visits, coordination with contractors and vendors, and ensuring design intent is maintained throughout execution. The Interior Designer will also assist in project documentation, budgeting support, and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and material selection.
Proficiency in Space Planning to create functional and efficient layouts.
Understanding of Architecture and its integration with interior design solutions.
Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and detailed design documentation.
Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination.
Working knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar visualization tools).
Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, teams, and contractors.
Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Prior studio or site experience in residential and/or commercial interiors is an advantage.
