About IT:
Team members in India will have opportunities to support a large and diverse technology environment including enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, Fortinet-based networking, cybersecurity technologies, Microsoft 365 services, endpoint management platforms, and critical business applications. Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage enterprise data, reporting, and analytics initiatives from project initiation through successful delivery, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
Partner with project sponsors and team leads to establish clear objectives, scope, success measures, roles, decision paths, and delivery plans.
Facilitate requirements and discovery sessions to identify business needs, priorities, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes.
Coordinate efforts across Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Reporting & Analytics, Applications, Infrastructure, Security, vendors, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, status reports, risk and issue logs, dependency and decision tracking, implementation plans, and executive communications.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource capacity, dependencies, milestones, and business outcomes while proactively addressing risks and obstacles.
Facilitate timely decisions, manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive clear ownership and accountability.
Coordinate data integration, migration, and conversion initiatives, ensuring alignment among business requirements, source-system readiness, technical teams, and reporting objectives.
Coordinate testing, data validation, reconciliation, user acceptance testing, production readiness, deployment, and transition-to-support activities.
Ensure business owners define and approve reporting metrics, key performance indicators, business rules, acceptance criteria, and validation outcomes.
Drive resolution of data quality, accuracy, accessibility, and reporting consistency issues by coordinating the appropriate business and technology owners.
Support project-related data governance activities, when applicable, by helping coordinate data ownership, stewardship, business definitions, and data quality expectations.
Manage vendor and third-party relationships, including scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, and accountability.
Present project status, risks, decisions, milestones, and value realization updates to business leadership and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Enterprise Data & Analytics Project Management: Proven ability to lead enterprise data, reporting, analytics, data integration, migration, and modernization initiatives while managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and project outcomes.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership: Strong experience partnering with business leaders, Data Engineering, Reporting & Analytics, Applications, Infrastructure, Security, vendors, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment, accountability, and decision-making.
Project Delivery Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery approaches, with the ability to apply the appropriate methodology based on project objectives and organizational needs.
Data & Analytics Business Acumen: Working knowledge of enterprise data platforms, reporting, analytics, business intelligence, data integration, and data governance concepts sufficient to effectively lead and coordinate project teams and business stakeholders.
Risk, Governance & Delivery Management: Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, issues, dependencies, testing, data validation, UAT, deployment readiness, vendor performance, and successful transition-to-support activities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting enterprise reporting, data integration, data migration, business intelligence, data quality improvement, analytics enablement, or data platform modernization initiatives.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, or similar data and analytics technologies. Direct hands-on engineering or architecture experience is not required.
Experience with data governance, data stewardship, KPI standardization, master data, or data quality programs.
Experience using project and work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
