Summary
UST is looking for a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Python development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade business applications and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.

JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and custom connectors (preferred)
Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control best practices
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Create and maintain automated workflows and business process solutions using Power Automate.
Develop Python-based automation tools, scripts, integrations, and data processing solutions.
Integrate Power Platform applications with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL databases, Microsoft 365 services, and external enterprise systems.
Build reusable components, custom connectors, and APIs to enhance platform capabilities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI to support business decision-making.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and user experience.
Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance, and development best practices.
Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Provide production support and continuous improvements for existing applications and automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and/or Python development.
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.
Strong understanding of API integrations, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise application architecture.
Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.

Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
What You Need
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or related certification.
Experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise integrations.
Exposure to AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or other Microsoft AI capabilities.
Experience with Power Platform governance, Center of Excellence (CoE), and environment management.
Familiarity with data migration, ETL processes, and enterprise automation initiatives
