Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly experienced Windows Deployment Services (WDS) Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale Windows deployment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide Windows Deployment Services (WDS) infrastructure.
Architect and manage Windows OS deployment solutions using WDS, MDT, and SCCM/MECM.
Develop and maintain standardized Windows 10 and Windows 11 golden images.
Configure and manage PXE boot environments.
Integrate WDS with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, and SCCM.
Automate deployment processes using PowerShell scripting.
Design and maintain deployment task sequences and automated build processes.
Manage driver packages, application deployment, and image customization.
Troubleshoot deployment-related issues and provide root cause analysis.
Support OS migration projects, refresh activities, and endpoint modernization initiatives.
Create architecture documents, SOPs, and deployment runbooks.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and End User Computing teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentor deployment engineers.
