Lead Software Engineer

8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product ownership role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and the product development lifecycle.
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements with stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in product backlog management, prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ability to define product vision, objectives, roadmap, and priorities based on business value.
Experience collaborating with Scrum Masters, developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Ability to clarify requirements, resolve functional queries, and make timely decisions to support delivery.
Experience validating deliverables against acceptance criteria and managing scope changes and dependencies.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or equivalent certification.
Experience In The Fraud Domain Is Preferred
Experience in banking, financial services, or other relevant business domains.
Knowledge of product metrics, KPIs, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience working with cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.
Familiarity with product roadmap planning, customer feedback analysis, and continuous product improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience participating in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
