About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR RISK ANALYST will focus on technical risk management within the organization's governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) framework. This role is responsible for conducting risk assessments, analyzing technical risks, and delivering insightful risk reporting to inform leadership decisions. The position contributes by enhancing risk management practices that align with business objectives and support secure product and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead security capability risk assessments, including scoping, stakeholder coordination, scoring, and reporting.
Analyze data to identify and prioritize technical risks and develop quantified cyber risk scenarios.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts and leaders to validate findings and translate insights into risk recommendations.
Manage risk treatment plans, promote mitigation efforts, monitor progress, and escalate unresolved risks.
Maintain the risk register and provide regular risk updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
7+ years of relevant experience in security analysis, cybersecurity, security engineering, or related fields, with variations based on educational background.
5+ years applying security or control frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, or ISO/IEC 27001.
5+ years experience in technical risk management, information security, audit, or compliance.
Preferred: Experience with cyber risk quantification methods like FAIR, GRC platforms, risk reporting tools, and relevant certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, or CISA.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The base salary range for this job is USD 124,000 to USD 329,200 per year.
Compensation varies by location and candidate qualifications.
Certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, stock, and sales incentives based on individual and organizational performance.
