About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, VIRTUAL CARE, leads product development for virtual healthcare services, focusing on enhancing how members receive care and clinicians provide it. This role is responsible for shaping the product strategy and roadmap, improving the entire care experience from scheduling to follow-up, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in care quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the virtual care product strategy and roadmap prioritizing impact on affordability, outcomes, experience, and efficiency.
Conduct discovery with users and operations teams to identify problems and build business cases for product investments.
Enhance the member journey from access through follow-up by reducing friction and improving care coordination.
Develop tools to support clinicians in delivering efficient, high-quality care, including exploring AI and automation opportunities.
Establish success metrics and assess the impact of product changes to refine priorities.
Align clinical, operations, engineering, design, and data science teams, managing competing needs and decisions.
Manage complex initiatives from problem definition through delivery, including requirements, dependencies, and risk.
Mentor junior product team members to strengthen team capabilities.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years collaborating cross-functionally in product management or related roles.
At least 4 years experience in rigorous prioritization processes.
Over 4 years’ technical understanding of systems, backend services, databases, and SQL.
Minimum 2 years leading complex, cross-domain initiatives.
At least 2 years solving ambiguous problems and executing product roadmaps.
Bonus: 1+ years building clinician-facing experiences.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Base pay range: $163,944.00 - $215,176.50 per year.
