Senior Manager - Employee Benefits and Wellbeing

Job Description
The incumbent will manage the delivery and administration of employee benefits and wellness programmes, supporting a competitive and consistent employee experience. The role will liaise with global teams and coordinate Global Mobility inbound support, particularly benefits enrolment, employee transition and local stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
Manage the administration and delivery of employee benefits and wellness programmes in line with approved frameworks and employee needs.
Lead health, life and accident insurance, retirement benefits, leave-related benefits and employee assistance offerings.
Lead benefit renewals, benchmarking, plan reviews and cost analysis; provide data and recommendations for programme improvements.
Ensure timely benefits enrolment, eligibility administration, employee data accuracy, claims escalation and query resolution.
Deliver wellness initiatives across physical, mental, emotional, social and financial wellbeing, using participation and utilisation insights to improve outcomes.
Manage employee communications, campaigns and awareness sessions to improve understanding and utilisation of benefits and wellness programmes.
Coordinate vendors, service levels, programme budgets, utilisation reporting and employee feedback, escalating risks and service issues as required.
Liaise with global benefits, wellness and HR teams to align local delivery with global frameworks, share India insights and support cross-border initiatives.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, Health & Safety and Communications to ensure compliant and integrated programme delivery.
Coordinate Global Mobility inbound support, including pre-arrival planning, local benefits orientation, enrolment and benefits continuity for international assignees.
Act as the local benefits contact for inbound assignees and liaise with global mobility teams and specialist providers on payroll, immigration, tax and relocation dependencies.
