Warehouse Forklift Operator

Job Description:
Job Summary**
CROWN KSA Dammam is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Warehouse Forklift Operator to manage and organize inventory within our fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient material flow and accurate record-keeping.
Job Responsibilities**
* Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, etc.) safely and efficiently to load, unload, stack, and move materials within the warehouse.
* Perform daily pre-operation inspections of forklifts and other equipment, reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns.
* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
* Accurately pick and prepare outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring correct product and quantity.
* Maintain organized inventory by correctly placing materials in designated storage areas.
* Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory checks.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
* Valid forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete CROWN Americas LLC's forklift training and certification program.
* Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and verify inventory.
* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
