Production Manager
Who are we looking for:
In this role, you will be responsible for all production at the Trutnov plant, as well as supporting and preparing for any strategically necessary product transfers to Trutnov or other P+F Group production sites. The position reports directly to the Managing Director (CZ).
What can you expect in this role?
Production leadership and development: Responsibility for the complete management of production and logistics concepts.
Innovation and optimization: Increasing productivity and implementing more efficient processes; actively identifying areas for improvement including applying LEAN principles with the support of our LEAN consultants.
Team management and personnel development: Leadership and capacity planning. Training new employees and developing existing staff to ensure readiness for current and future orders and development projects.
Meeting objectives: Responsibility Accountability for Service, Cost and Quality for the Production area
Change management: An active approach to implementing product and process changes.
Collaboration: Strong collaboration in a worldwide Supply Chain Network
HSE and sustainability: Ensuring a safe working environment while adhering to environmental standards.
Do you meet these requirements?
Education: Completed secondary or university education (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering).
Experience & Process Expertise: Knowledge of production management and modern technologies; proficiency in LEAN principles.
Leadership: Ability to effectively organize and motivate a team to achieve set goals.
Analytical Thinking: Interest in strategic and operational planning; a conceptual approach to work.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential (German is an advantage).
Digital Literacy: Experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
