Position Summary
You will play a key role in managing and improving the quality of finance and procurement data to support GSK’s Master Data Management (MDM) Center of Excellence. Working closely with diverse teams, you'll help ensure data is accurate, trusted and used effectively across the business. We value people who are detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Own and maintain finance and procurement master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governance standards.
- Collaborate with business partners, data owners, and IT teams to resolve data quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Support and contribute to MDM processes, including data creation, updates, validations, and periodic audits.
- Assist in defining and implementing data standards, policies, and documentation for finance and procurement domains.
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze data requirements and support system enhancements or process changes.
- Help deliver training and communication to increase awareness and adherence to master data management best practices.

This role is based in India and requires on-site work with some flexibility for hybrid arrangements as agreed with your manager.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, information management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in master data management, finance data analysis, procurement data stewardship, or a related function.
- Strong understanding of finance and procurement business processes and data requirements.
- Experience with data quality tools or techniques, including issue tracking and resolution.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization supporting finance or procurement functions.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or MDM platforms used in finance and procurement.
- Experience contributing to data governance frameworks or change management initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
