Job Description:
We are looking for a Talent Development Partner to drive learning and capability-building initiatives across the organization. The role involves partnering with business teams to identify learning needs, design learning interventions, and manage end-to-end learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI) and identify skill gaps
Design and execute learning and development programs
Manage end-to-end learning program delivery and tracking
Partner with business and HR stakeholders for learning solutions
Drive employee engagement and learning adoption initiatives
Monitor learning effectiveness through reports, dashboards, and analytics
Manage LMS and learning operations

Learning & Development (L&D) / Talent Development
Training Needs Analysis (TNA/TNI)

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering
Learning Analytics & Reporting
LMS (Learning Management System)
MS Excel & PowerPoint
Experience Required:
3–5 years in Talent Development / L&D / Learning roles
Preferably from IT / Technology / Consulting organizations
