Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend services. The role requires actively contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance client services. The engineer collaborates within an agile environment, embracing cloud-first approaches and emerging technologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Daily activities include coordinating with cross-functional teams to align development efforts and continuously improving system performance and user experience through thoughtful engineering practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot.
Strong experience in developing scalable web applications using Java technologies.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks and libraries to create responsive user interfaces.
Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration for seamless backend communication.
Experience with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in an agile development environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
