🚀 HIRING: LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We are looking for a capable, hands-on software engineer to work on two technology products:
🔋 OMAMEAS — Energy architecture software, configurator, optimization workflows and hardware integration.
🏍️ RideSafe.AI — Motorcycle safety, ride management, rider communities, business dashboards and AI-enabled mobility services

Key skills
:• Backend development, APIs and database
s• JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python or similar technologie
s• React/Next.js, PostgreSQL or Supabase are an advantag
e• Git, testing, debugging and deploymen
t• AI integration, SaaS or IoT experience is beneficia
l
Role responsibilities
:• Implement software features across both product
s• Coordinate development tasks and milestone
s• Maintain code quality, testing, security and documentatio
n• Work with the founder and technical consultant
s• Take responsibility for assigned deliverables and report progres

Compensation structure — please read
:
Outlaw Motors is currently pursuing grant funding and pilot deployment. During the pre-funding stage, the arrangement will be based on agreed deliverables with TA/DA or approved work-related expenses; a fixed salary is not currently guaranteed. A modest stipend may be introduced after funding, with salary reviewed as the pilot and revenue develop. Any equity or long-term incentive will be subject to a separate written agreement
.
