DTP及零售战略发展总监

基于公司制定全国DTP战略、年度业务目标及重点优先级，对全国DTP业务结果负责。
统一承接不同BU/品牌需求，基于业务价值、患者需求和资源效率做优先级取舍与资源配置。
直接管理中央及区域团队，建立总部策略—区域经营—一线执行的完整责任链。
推动TOP门店、院店联动、患者管理、DOT及重点品牌策略在区域落地并形成可衡量结果。
统筹关键客户、区域及跨职能资源，解决跨BU、跨区域及重大运营冲突。
建立DTP组织能力、人才梯队及绩效机制，并对重大业务、运营及风险问题做最终决策。
