วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน (Job Purpose)
รับผิดชอบการเตรียมและปรุงอาหารตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท เพื่อส่งมอบอาหารที่มีคุณภาพ สด สะอาด และตรงเวลา สร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดแก่ลูกค้าในทุกการให้บริการ
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)
การเตรียมและปรุงอาหาร
• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์ครัวทุกชนิดให้สะอาดและพร้อมใช้งานก่อนเริ่มกะ
• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมและคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบก่อนเริ่มการปรุงอาหาร
• ปรุงอาหารตามขั้นตอนมาตรฐาน และสูตรของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด
• ดำเนินการตามออเดอร์ลูกค้าตามลำดับก่อน–หลัง ให้แล้วเสร็จทันเวลาที่กำหนด
• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพอาหารให้ได้มาตรฐาน ก่อนส่งมอบให้ทีมบริการทุกครั้ง
การรักษาความสะอาดและสุขอนามัย
• ดูแลพื้นที่ครัวที่รับผิดชอบให้สะอาดเรียบร้อยและมีอุปกรณ์ครบถ้วนตลอดเวลา
