Scope
The HR Business Partner for the Hoghiz Cement Plant acts as a strategic partner to plant leadership, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and operational objectives. The role supports workforce planning, employee development, and engagement within a dynamic industrial environment, contributing to performance, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Partner with plant management to align HR strategies with operational and production needs
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for technical and operational roles, ensuring timely hiring
Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D to implement development programs for employees
Support performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluation cycles
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and safety regulations
Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar strategic role
Strong knowledge of HR practices (talent management, employee relations, performance, C&B)
Solid understanding of local labor legislation and employment regulations
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate insights
Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced Excel skills
