About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Healthcare Professional Network • Remote Contract • 3–6 Months
About the project
We are developing an international digital ecosystem for healthcare professionals, combining professional profiles, content, education, tasks, communities, vacancies, events, loyalty programs and professional interactions.
We already operate two live brands in two countries on an earlier codebase, with real users, existing
applications, product insights and documentation. Our next generation platform is designed to support multiple countries and brands, including a white-label model and configurable modules by brand, country and user segment.
The existing products include approximately 20 user-facing modules. We are looking for an architect of the overall product experience, not simply a designer of individual screens.
Language requirement: Fluent russian / ukrainian / belarusian (at least one). The candidate
must be able to conduct workshops and document decisions in a shared working language with
the product team. Russian is the team’s current working language.
What you will do
• Audit live applications, existing specifications, user journeys and UX materials; identify gaps and
dependencies.
• Create the Information Architecture, product/service map, navigation model and screen map.
• Design priority end-to-end journeys, user flows, states and alternative paths.
• Architect guest access, onboarding, professional verification, profiles, progressive profiling and
personalization.
• Connect learning, tasks, content, vacancies, events, loyalty, rewards and engagement into a coherent
experience.
• Lay the UX foundations for a professional social network: connections, communities, feeds, discussions,
direct/group messaging and phased social feature rollout.
• Design scalable UX variations across brands, countries, languages, roles and user segments.
• Consider migration journeys for existing users moving to the new platform.
• Work closely with the Founder, Product Manager and engineering team; deliver structural wireframes
and UX specifications.
Required experience
• Senior-level experience designing complex, multi-module digital platforms.
• Strong UX Architecture, Information Architecture, Systems Thinking and User Journey / User Flow
Mapping skills.
• Product thinking: ability to challenge assumptions, facilitate discovery and explain trade-offs.
• Deep familiarity with mobile-first UX and native iOS / Android interaction patterns.
• Experience with user roles, permissions, complex states and cross-service journeys.
• Strong collaboration with product and engineering teams, and clear documentation skills.
• Figma, FigJam, Miro or equivalent tools.
Confidential recruitment brief
• User-facing product architecture 2
• Ability to collaborate fluently with the team in a shared language, as described above.
Strong advantages
• Experience with social networks, professional networking products, online communities or social
interaction ecosystems.
• Knowledge of social graphs, professional identity, feeds, messaging, communities, privacy, moderation
and retention.
• Gamification, loyalty, rewards, engagement and progressive profiling.
• White-label, multi-brand, multi-country, multilingual products and user migrations.
• HealthTech, EdTech, B2B SaaS or other complex digital ecosystems.
Expected deliverables
• Product/service architecture map, Information Architecture and navigation model.
• Screen map, key user states and prioritized end-to-end flows.
• Shared UX principles with brand/country/segment variations.
• Structural wireframes and handoff-ready UX specifications.
• Decision log, open questions and dependencies for the product and engineering teams.
Scope and engagement
This engagement covers UX architecture for user-facing mobile applications and a limited desktop/web experience. Admin panels and partner back-office dashboards are out of scope.
The architect should identify which user-facing behaviors require configuration (module availability, access conditions, reward rules, etc.), without designing the admin interfaces. High-fidelity visual UI and brand design are not the primary deliverables.
Remote, project-based engagement for approximately 3–6 months, with milestone-based reviews. Time commitment and compensation to be agreed individually. Potential for continued collaboration.
How to apply
Please share 1–2 case studies showing your personal contribution to complex product architecture. We value real Information Architecture, user flows, state diagrams and decision rationale more than visual UI portfolios alone.
