Key Duties:
Expand and develop new distributors in assigned areas and blank cities.
Maintain the existing dealers’ relationship to achieve the annual / quarterly / monthly sales targets and store opening goals set by the company, ensure the timely AR;
Assign the annual sales target with each distributor and support all dealers to achieve their target by month, cooperate with daily order arrangement;
Assist in negotiation and coordination between dealers and local landlords, work closely with marketing department to complete the design for store display, event POS and promotions materials;
Timely Communicate and implement the regular activities, positively support and participate in various exhibitions, conferences and promotion activities;
Organize and carry out multiple knowledge training for distributors shop sales to drive/improve the sales performance;
Coordinate with internal cross function teams, for logistics, customer service, etc.;
Assist the marketing department to ensure the smooth delivery of product, materials, POS, etc.;
Complete other tasks assigned by Line Manager/Department Head.
Qualifications:
College degree or above, major in Sales & Marketing or Economics / Management.
Rich resources and strong business relations with landlords, well-known bedding brand or furniture industry background is preferred.
More than 3 years' work experience in Distributions business management of high-end brands.
Be able to solve problems independently, strong teamwork spirit and good sense of responsibility. Good communication skills and professional ethics.
Healthy and be able to work under great pressure, accept the frequently business travel.
Basic command of English and skilled in MS Office.
