Project Manager

ESDS is looking for a customer-focused Project & Delivery Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects, cloud implementation and migration initiatives, AI-enabled service improvements, and managed services engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, cloud migration, and technology implementation projects.
Plan project timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate cloud, infrastructure, security, engineering, and operations teams.
Manage customer expectations, escalations, SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery.
Drive AI-enabled automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
Ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and smooth transition to operations.
What We’re Looking For
5–9 years of relevant experience in IT project management, cloud services, infrastructure, or managed services.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, hybrid cloud, or data centre environments.
Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of ITSM, incident management, SLA management, and service transition.
Exposure to AI, GenAI, AIOps, or automation initiatives will be an advantage.
