Senior People Partner

In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders across Product & Technology, Marketing, and Finance, aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will help build high-performing teams by guiding organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management initiatives. Through strong relationships and thoughtful coaching, you will empower managers to navigate complex employee situations and make fair, effective people decisions. You will lead key HR cycles, including performance management, compensation, employee engagement, recognition, and succession planning. Working in a remote and distributed environment, you will use people analytics, technology, and AI-powered tools to improve decision-making and streamline processes.
