🔹 Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end customer order fulfillment and demand–supply alignment.
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, and delivery performance.
Drive packaging engineering, cost optimization, and damage-free deliveries.
Improve On-Time Delivery (OTD), reduce backorders and premium freight, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, KPI reviews, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion sustainable packaging and efficient supply chain operations.
🔹 Ideal Candidate: A seasoned professional with 12–17 years of experience in supply chain, customer order management, logistics, and packaging operations within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
