Post Sales Solutions Engineer, EMEA

For our client, we are seeking a Post Sales Solutions Engineer, EMEA to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will serve as a technical post-sales partner for strategic customers across EMEA, helping ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and continued value realization. You will work closely with customer stakeholders to reduce risk, support renewals, and identify opportunities for expansion through strong technical guidance. The position combines customer-facing problem solving, product expertise, and coordination across internal teams to keep implementations on track and customers progressing smoothly.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
Onboard new customers within 30 days of signing
Ensure customers are upgraded to the latest product versions
Track and manage renewals and expansion opportunities
Minimize technical support escalations
Act as the trusted technical contact for strategic accounts
Conduct training sessions tailored to audience needs
Scope migration and continuity plans based on customer infrastructure
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and integrations
Experience with distributed storage and cloud architecture
Fluency in identity and access management concepts
Proven ability in methodical troubleshooting under pressure
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
Commercial awareness to identify renewal risks and expansion opportunities
