Production and Plant Manager- Talent Pool (Portugal and Spain)

What could your future role involve?
Leading manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost targets are achieved.
Managing production, maintenance, and operational performance within a manufacturing site.
Developing and coaching teams to drive engagement and high performance.
Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards.
Monitoring operational KPIs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational excellence.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Experience in plant management, production management, manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience within the feed, food, agricultural, or related manufacturing industries will be highly valued.
Experience in team leadership.
Fluent English is required, as the entire selection process, including interviews, will be conducted in English.
Fluent Spanish or Portuguese.
