At Concentrix, we’re looking for a motivated Team Leader to supervise and support a customer service team within the fashion industry. Your responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day activities of a customer service team, including attendance and performance monitoring.
Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback sessions to help them achieve their individual and team targets.
Monitor KPIs and service quality, identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement plans when needed.
Ensure customer service delivery meets contractual requirements and business objectives.
Communicate goals, expectations, and relevant updates clearly to your team.
Support agents with escalated customer enquiries, providing guidance and expertise when needed.
Lead team meetings, encourage open communication, and organize team activities to strengthen collaboration.
Follow company policies and procedures while promoting Concentrix values and a positive team environment.
What we’re looking for
Proficient or bilingual in Galician + English
An associate degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
Two to four years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising team members.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to motivate others and drive performance.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and follow through on commitments.
Flexibility to adapt to business needs and working schedules.
What’s in it for you
39 hours/week permanent contract: rotative Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 23:00
Salary 23.376 euros gross/year + up to 2000 euros gross/year in bonus + private medical insurance
