Take full accountability for the programme's financials, from developing multi-year capital plans and managing budgets to driving profitability and growth.
Directly lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing projects team. You will be responsible for building technical expertise and fostering a culture of accountability, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Implement and oversee robust frameworks for project delivery, quality control, and risk management, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence.
