Role Description The Associate Consultant role at BETA is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. In this role, the individual will support client engagements by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and assisting in the design of software solutions that align with client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and engineering teams, preparing documentation, conducting basic research and data analysis, and participating in client meetings. The Associate Consultant will help configure and test product features, provide input on usability and workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies. The role also involves learning BETA’s product suite, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and supporting project delivery within agreed timelines.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical or functional requirements.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities, including clear written documentation, active listening, and professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
Basic knowledge of software development concepts, IT systems, or enterprise applications; familiarity with product-based software environments is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur, manage time and tasks efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Interest in user experience, human-centric design, and learning new tools and technologies relevant to consulting and product implementation.
Prior internship or project experience in consulting, business analysis, or software implementation is a plus.
