Data Analyst

Seeking a Senior Analyst focused on Power BI dashboard development, business analytics, and reporting automation. The role combines technical delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and governed reporting practices within a technology-focused organization.
• Dashboard Development: The analyst will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards; build data models and Power Query transformations; create DAX measures, calculated columns, KPI calculations, and time-intelligence logic; and use SQL to extract, combine, aggregate, and validate data.
• Reporting Operations: Responsibilities include translating business questions into dashboard requirements and actionable insights, managing Power BI Service workspaces and refreshes, applying access controls and governance practices, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and supporting user acceptance testing and deployment.
• Required Profile: Candidates should have 3.1 to 4.5 years of experience in business intelligence, dashboard development, reporting, or business analytics, with advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, SQL, business reporting, and analytical problem-solving. Secondary capabilities include Power BI Service, row-level security, incremental refresh, performance optimization, Excel, reporting automation, and familiarity with cloud data platforms.
