Role: Team Member – Employee Benefits (Travel Claim Processing)
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Be focused in processing, verifying, and managing claims for reimbursements.
Ensuring accurate payments by preparing files and ensuring timely payments.
Maintain track of Payments made and “Fallouts”.
Handling “Fallouts” diligently and taking them to logical closures.
Handle various aspects of the claim lifecycle, from initial review to final payment including regular follow ups with multiple stakeholders – Customer, Client, F&A, vendor portal.
Adhering to company policies and regulations.
Responding to employee queries with TAT.
Work Experience:
Must Have :
02 to 06 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims (Reimbursement for India Market). or Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Reconciliation
SAP HCM (Preferred) /any other ERP tool/SuccessFactors
Skills and Qualification:
Commerce Graduate.
Strong Communication skills.
Analytical and Problem solving
Able to work under pressure
Able to effectively collaborate.
Customer Centric behavior.
Technical Knowledge
Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, SAP
