Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to act as a Technical Manager, bridging the development team and management. The candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day technical activities and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide the development team in .NET application development.
Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server.
Review code, ensure coding standards, and resolve complex technical issues.
Coordinate between the development team, management, and business stakeholders.
Manage task allocation, project timelines, and technical deliverables.
Mentor team members and ensure quality and timely project delivery.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in .NET development.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server.
Experience in technical leadership, code reviews, and team coordination.
Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies is preferred.
