Trainee Engineer (Vendor / Contract Management)
Job Introduction:
Responsible for managing vendor relationships and overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle to ensure compliance. Acts as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive effective procurement and contract governance.
Major Responsibilities:
Manage contract renewals and track contract expiry dates, maintain contract repositories report and ensure timely renewals.
Monitor Vendor contract terms, Update and maintain the contract inventory database.
Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP for different regions.
Follow up with vendors, Internal stakeholders for quotations, invoices, and support requests. Schedule meetings and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Create and manage tickets, tasks, and service requests in Matrix42 and update software and asset inventory records using Matrix42.
Create and update SOPs, process documents, and knowledge-based articles.
Support procurement activities, ensure compliance requirements are met, and drive requests to timely closure.
Knowledge and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or vendor management. A related field Master’s degree is a plus.

Basic Procurement and Asset Management Knowledge
Software or engineering License Knowledge is added advantage.
