Principal Consultant - Oracle ERP/SCM

As an Oracle ERP/SCM Principal Consultant, you will work directly with customers to understand complex business needs, design practical solutions, and deliver successful Oracle Fusion Cloud project implementations. You will operate independently on key workstreams while collaborating with project leaders, technical specialists, and customer stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Oracle ERP/SCM solutions.
Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials/SCM using Oracle methodology and leading practices.
Advise customers on process improvement, solution options, risks, and implementation decisions.
Own functional deliverables across design, configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
Resolve complex functional issues and support integrated solutions across ERP/SCM modules.
Present recommendations clearly to business leaders and senior stakeholders.
Contribute to estimates, solution reviews, proposals, and knowledge transfer to delivery teams.
Support team capability through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous learning.
What You’ll Bring
Strong consulting and implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Oracle Supply Chain Management.
Deep knowledge of Finance/Supply Chain processes and accounting fundamentals.
Experience delivering one or more end-to-end ERP/SCM implementations.
Strong workshop facilitation, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and influence customer decisions.
Experience with enterprise customers and cross-functional project teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Flexibility to travel when required.
