Solution Implementation & Business Analyst – Legal & Compliance Innovation

Are you a Business Analyst, Transformation Analyst or Process Improvement professional who enjoys turning business challenges into practical digital solutions?
Join our Legal & Compliance Innovation team in Budapest and play an active role in transforming the way we work. You’ll partner with colleagues across business and technology to simplify processes, improve user experience and deliver solutions using low-code/no-code technology, automation and Generative AI.
You don’t need to come from a Legal or Compliance background. We’re looking for someone who is curious about technology, comfortable solving complex business problems and excited about bringing ideas to life.
What you’ll do
* Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and turn them into clear requirements and practical solutions.
* Create user stories, process flows, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
* Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to make them simpler, smarter and more efficient.
* Design and implement solutions using tools such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, UiPath and Monday.com.
* Explore how Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI can automate workflows, improve productivity and support better decision-making.
* Use data and user insights to inform solution design and process improvements.
* Support solutions end-to-end, from design and UAT through implementation, adoption and ongoing improvement.
* Build strong relationships with business, operations and technology colleagues across regions.
What you’ll bring
You could be a great fit if you have:
* Experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation or solution implementation.
* Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
* Exposure to low-code/no-code, workflow or automation technologies.
* An analytical mindset and the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to turn complex requirements into clear solutions.
* The ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
* A degree or equivalent practical experience.
We’d be particularly interested in experience with:
* Microsoft Copilot or Generative AI
* SharePoint, Microsoft 365, UiPath, ServiceNow, Monday.com or Figma
* Process automation or digital transformation
* Data analysis and data-driven solution design
* Financial services, risk, legal, compliance or another regulated environment
