Job Summary
We are looking for a Design Engineer to support EV system design, product development, prototyping, and vehicle integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop EV lab workbenches and battery pack assembly tables.
Create 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using CAD software.
Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and BOMs.
Support EV component and system design, development, and integration.
Assist with testing, validation, and performance analysis of EV systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for prototype development.
Support R&D and EV product development projects.
Follow applicable automotive safety and design requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related Engineering.
1–4 years of relevant experience in Design / Product Development.
Knowledge of EV architecture, battery packs, BMS, motor and controller integration.
Must have experience in SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, and Creo.
Basic knowledge of ANSYS or other simulation tools is preferred.
Experience with EV components, CAD design, and prototype development will be an advantage.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
