Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with strong expertise in RPO hiring, preferably supporting large IT services companies, consulting firms, and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, high-volume hiring, and niche technology recruitment within a client-driven RPO environment.
Candidates with prior experience supporting LTIMindtree or similar large IT services organizations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
Work closely with client hiring managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and business stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
Handle multiple open positions across various technology domains and meet agreed recruitment SLAs and TAT.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, internal databases, and professional networks.
Recruit for niche and mainstream IT skills, including:
Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Big Data
Cloud Technologies – AWS, Azure, and GCP
DevOps, SRE, and Automation
Java, .NET, Python, and Full Stack Development
Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Information Security
SAP, Salesforce, and Enterprise Applications
Testing – Manual, Automation, Selenium, and Playwright
Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical experience, communication skills, compensation expectations, notice period, and candidate suitability.
Ensure candidate quality, profile relevance, authenticity, and submission compliance.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams to improve interview attendance and offer-to-joining conversion.
Track recruitment metrics, including submissions, interview selections, offer releases, closures, and joining ratios.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS or client recruitment portal.
Coordinate interview schedules, collect timely feedback, manage offer negotiations, and support pre-joining engagement.
Mentor junior recruiters, share sourcing strategies, and support the team in meeting recruitment targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an RPO or client-deployed recruitment model.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, job descriptions, technical skill mapping, and candidate evaluation.
Proven experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Experience working directly with client TA teams, hiring managers, and recruitment stakeholders.
Strong expertise in Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, client portals, recruitment dashboards, and SLA-based hiring.
Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize requirements, and deliver quality profiles within agreed timelines.
