Content Specialist, YouTube Trust and Safety

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience reviewing or assessing digital content.
Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet software.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in content policy, anti-abuse and reviewing online content.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action.
Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to direct cross-functionally at various levels.

Responsibilities
Enforce YouTube’s content policies, including misinformation, and ensure high quality policy enforcement, as part of the Hyderabad Content Specialist team within the Trust and Safety organization.
Manage escalations in the content policy space while ensuring high quality enforcement and clear written communication and policy analysis.
Review and manage escalations from graphic and controversial video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
