How You’ll Help Us Connect The World
As a Team Leader; you will Under guidance from Production Supervisor be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, supervising and executing the activities of one or more production areas. Assists in the development of departmental personnel to enhance skills, improve responsiveness.
You Will Make An Impact By
Ensuring that departmental goals are achieved by communicating established objectives.
Communicating overall organizational directives. Maximizing employee participation to achieve the desired team approach.
Ensuring that employees are at work on time, actively engaged in their assigned departments and conforming to established safety regulations.
Ensuring that all company policies are followed.
Providing immediate performance feed back, assisting in short-term resolution of emergency situations (e.g., injuries), safety issues, attendance issues, conduct, etc.
Provideinginput to Production Supervisor for reporting reasons on manufacturing/production, employee performance/conduct and process flow.
Ensuring that time and attendance for assigned employees is accurate in data collection system.
Will need to be able to handle multiple responsibilities at one time and must be able to deal effectively with people using a facilitative approach.
Works with Production Supervisor to ensure that departmental goals are achieved.
Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives.
Required Qualifications For Consideration
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering (ECE/Mechanical/E&E)
3+ years of related experience.

Have experience in a medium volume / mix electro-mechanical manufacturing or production environment with an emphasis on manufacturing processes.
