Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of retail banking customers by providing tailored financial solutions.
Deliver comprehensive wealth management advisory services, including investment, insurance, and treasury products.
Achieve business growth and portfolio performance targets through proactive relationship management.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies.
Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver high-quality customer service and support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services sector.
Deep understanding of wealth management products, financial markets, and investment instruments.
Possession of relevant financial advisory certifications and regulatory licenses.
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and customer-centric skills.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
